Remodeling Is Fun

I’ve been thinking about re-doing my home in Second Life for a while, and thankfully I found a few things that were exactly what I needed to do it at Uber, which just opened yesterday.  First is the Chalkboard Bar by Trompe Loeil.  I bought the full pack that also includes the metal barstools in a variety of colors, and the neon bar signs.  To help me get some painting done, I also have the Makeover Ladder* from N4RS, which comes with the paint cans and drop cloth on the ground.  I’ve been spot testing those three colors of paint, and think I may go with the green to match the lighting on the Bar Fridge from [kunst] back there in the kitchen.  I also have a great piece of wall decor already in place that is available as a Relay For Life donation item at the Fantasy Faire – it’s the RFL Purple Neon Club Light* from De Baza.  On top of the bar fridge is another RFL donation item at the Fantasy Faire.  It’s called “A Faire Memory 2015″* and is from MacMoragh and Muse.

Wet Linen

I hope you’re having a great week!  This post features more items from this year’s Menswear Fashion Week that is going on right NOW!  With about a sim and a half of stores, there is so much great stuff to browse, try on, and buy, including some Relay For Life donation items and other special deals.  Click on the photo above to see the full resolution version on Flickr!

The star of this outfit is the Adrien linen shirt and Armand linen pants from Zibska, both at MWFW.  The shirt is a special deal at the event – L$100 for the shirt and a HUD that can change the shirt and cuffs/collar to 8 different colors!  My necklace is a Relay For Life donation item by United Colors.  The ribbon pin on my shirt is a Relay For Life donation item at MWFW from SWaGGa and also comes with an HIV/AIDS awareness pin.  The last of the MWFW items I’m wearing is the sunglasses, which are new at the event from [ZOOM].  In addition to those items, I’m wearing the Motus Chronometer from VALE KOER and the Promise Ring in gold from The Forge.

If you haven’t yet, I’d definitely recommend stopping by Menswear Fashion week.  There are some great things there for guys by some incredible creators.
