A Lazy Tuesday

Uber opened yesterday, and I’ll be honest – the Indian theme isn’t my usual aesthetic, so I didn’t think I’d find much.  Much to my surprise, I walked away with quite a few things, and would have bought even more had my avatar been female because of all of the gorgeous dresses!  I still found some awesome things that ended up in my inventory, though.  For example, this shirt from Cold Ash, sandals from FLite, and hanging bed from junk. are all from the event.  I have this all set up on the back porch of a new home that I just bought a couple of weeks ago – Redgrave released it back in the fall, but I just changed to it.  I’m also wearing a bracelet that NOMAD released at Men Only Monthly that I featured a couple of days ago but that wasn’t really visible in the photo – this photo offers a much better angle of it.

In addition, this is my first post wearing a mesh head!  I’m still pretty undecided on it, but I was surprised how similar The Mesh Project‘s “Classic” head is to my normal face shape – I just wish it wasn’t so pouty.  Full credits are below.

Saturday at the Beach

I feel like I’ve been blogging things on my beach a lot, but this time of year, I spent a lot of time here!  When I saw the Starboard Hammock by Consignment and Kuro at the round of Collabor88 that opened yesterday, I knew that I absolutely had to have it.  Then I saw this new version of AP.PAREL‘s zip tank at The Thrift Shop 9.0, which opened today.  I’ve already blogged a couple of other versions of this tank from its initial store release (which was mostly spring-themed), but this new version may be my favorite.  The shorts are at this month’s The Men’s Department, and were created by Modulus.  They’re rigged for The Mesh Project’s body, so they fit perfectly.  I haven’t been able to find many shorts that fit the body as well as these.  Finally, the flip flops* are brand new from FATEstep.  As with all of the FATEstep shoes, the Wilde Sandals include a HUD that changes them to 60 different textures.  These include sandy options, which is perfect for the beach.  Finally, the sunglasses are new at Collabor88 from Sorgo and the necklace is available at The Thrift Shop 9.0 from B’LEAF.  Full credits are below!
