The Multicultural Menu is a brand new annual event that opened on the 1st featuring food from 6 different regions of the world created by some of Second Life’s best creators. The Tahitian Feast gacha set by Kei-Spot fits my beach perfectly! It consists of 7 commons, 2 rares, and one ultra rare with a pull price of L$50. I have the whole set rezzed here except for one of the rares – the cooking pit. I have it off to the right of what the photo shows, but I couldn’t fit it into the picture.

In other exciting news, FATEwear released some new summerwear today! The Craig hoodie* and Brian shorts* were released in a multitude of colors, as well as a color-gradient non-striped hoodie and camouflage-patterned shorts. I really love the Craig hoodie – it’s something I’ve been looking for in Second Life for a long time now, so I’m glad that a high-quality designer like FATEwear made one. I’m also wearing the new James flip flops by ..::ILLI::.. Using the HUD that they come with, I was able to tint them to match the hoodie perfectly. Full credits are below!

The Arcade starts in just a couple of days, and {theosophy} is releasing a set of bicycle carts with different types of food. I’ve chosen to use the pizza cart* for this photo because let’s face it, the world would be a better place if pizza carts like these were more prevalent. I’m also wearing a pair of new accessories from the event Cosmopolitan – the 7mad;Ravens Journey sunglasses and Meva black teeth necklace. The Key To The Beyond

I really love the photo sets that Exposeur has been creating recently. This one, The Keyhole, is available at the Dark Style Fair. Rather than going in a dark direction with it, I decided to use it as a gate to something bright, perhaps on the other side of death. I envision my avatar as some kind of angel who welcomes people to what is beyond.

The incredible jacket that I’m wearing is new from Gabriel at Kustom9. It’s available in 4 different colors, each of which comes 3 versions – white t-shirt, black t-shirt, and no shirt. My necklace is from Empyrean Forge at We ❤ Roleplay. The amount of detail that they put into their creations is just unreal. My sandals are the new Gustav sandals from ..::ILLI::..*. Atlas at the Gym

A couple of weeks ago, another male mesh body was released, this one more muscular than the popular Mesh Project body. The Niramyth Aesthetic body has arrived! There have been many other posts on other blogs detailing the body’s strengths and weaknesses – the lack of alpha cuts, the difficulty of making it worth with the default avatar head (I never got mine to look right with it, so I am wearing the included mesh head), and the lack of clothes that fit it currently compared to the excellently-sculpted chiseled physique. Personally, I feel that The Mesh Project’s body is more “me,” but Niramyth’s body is very well-made, and I can see myself using it situationally.

To show off the body in the photo above, I’m wearing Casa Del Shai‘s mystery rare from TAG! Gacha, the spinning globe! I think it works perfectly to turn the Niramyth body into an Atlas-like character. Now, it is Fantasy Faire time still, so I incorporated a bit of that using the lamps and the building. Both are from Fallen Gods, and are Relay For Life donation items.

The Niramyth body is currently lacking clothing, but one of the best things that has been made for it so far is this pair of workout shorts*, created by ..::ILLI::..! They come with a HUD that lets you choose from 10 different colors, and then you’re also able to tint from there. All of the decor from N4RS finished off the scene, creating a tranquil area for the Niramyth body to stay in shape. Full credits are below!
